Here’s what you need to do:

At any of our branches, the Head Office, or a nearby Mobile Cash Hub, our dedicated staff will help you fill a membership form using one of the following valid IDs: your National Identity Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate.

To activate your membership:

• Buy 75 Shares at 1,000 FCFA each (that’s 75,000 FCFA). This amount is fully refundable if you ever decide to withdraw or transfer your membership.
  (With just 20 shares, you can already open and operate an account.)

• Deposit at least 5,000 FCFA into your savings to get started—and grow it by saving regularly.

• Submit two passport-size photos (4×4) for identification purposes.

• Pay a one-time building fee of 15,000 FCFA.

• Sign the membership register and signature card.

• And finally, own the Union uniform—a proud symbol of belonging.

Once these conditions are met, you’re not just a customer—you’re a shareholder. That means ownership, empowerment, and confidentiality in all your financial dealings.
